The Sims 4 is a perfect life simulation game and female pregnancy is a part of this. You have to fill your relationship status bar to 60% (Both friendship and romance) to try for a baby in the game. Normally, you try to increase romance relationships with other sims, then try woohoo, and then try for a baby.
Although the procedure is very simple but takes a couple of days. And oftentimes, the try for baby option doesn’t pop up. For this, you can use the sims 4 Pregnancy mod.
This mod allows you to have a sims pregnancy without even having a relationship in the game. Just simply click on a sim, do woohoo and you’re pregnant with a child.
